Display build warnings/deprecations in the UI #109

In tandem with XXX - the UI should be able to display any warnings or deprecations generated by the build. These should be highlighted in the build logs page - maybe with a different color, and potentially highlighted on the deployments page with an indicator (as long as the build-deploy tool can pass one alongside the build to show it has warnings)
