https://github.com/raspberrypi/tools#tools is now deprecated and has very old versions of gcc. We should look into alternatives.

That repo mentions using sudo apt-get install gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu. Is there anything else we would need to do?

Find the paths to use gcc from that package
