clarify proxy support status

Proxy support is under development. Check #107 for the roadmap and contributing!

But that issue is closed. Does that mean proxy support is complete and the message should be removed or are there still todos and the message should be clarified?

PR welcome to remove this banner. TBH, i still think it is something upstream should solve as there is no standard for proxy support in fetch. perhaps we could mention it is a non-standard addon?
