Collection (List View) data type options do not work

Bug summary

The data type configuration options for a Collection (List View), e.g. custom label, icon and set Content as first, aren't pulling through to the content editor window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a list view to any doc type with a custom icon and label
2. Visit a node of that doc type, the context app for the list view will have the default values + icon

Expected result / actual result

The correct icon and text should pull through.
