• Fully remade config system, now using custom types for options, and some custom widgets to go along with them

• Added a few things to the ukulib config itself, for example the ability to choose whose head is displayed in the options screen
• Added a JSON config serializer
• Added Tatar translation (#7)

There are a ton of breaking changes in this update, it is basically guaranteed that mods will not compile with this new version.
