How to export dates to MongoDb

Currently export to Mongodb will produce something like this:

{
  "date": "2021-06-02"
}

Which is not correct

Ideally we'd like to see something like this:

{
  "date": ISODate("2021-06-02T00:00:00Z")
}

But ISODate is not defined in browser runtime
