What we need

Linters and Prettier:

Prettier config to auto format our code - prettier spec, ignore config
Solidity linter - solhint config, ignore config
TypeScript linter - eslnit config, ignore config
don't forget to add all needed packages and commands to package.json

Ci/Cd pipelines:

just use something like this and don't forget to change env vars
