Once packages are available (see uccross/skyhookdm-ceph#91), we can create a release pipeline that pushes deb packages to a repository. An alternative is to use https://packagecloud.io/ that supports open source projects by not charging for their service.

uccross/skyhookdm-ceph#89 is partially addressing this by continuously releasing docker images that have pre-compiled versions of skyhook
