  1. it seems -D options no longer work
  2. please consider migration to -P plugin options
  3. see work around nsc.Settings ignoring -D user-set state random-maven/scalor-maven-plugin#11

Sorry I missed this issue!

I'll do some testing and will update the docs with whatever solution we come up with (possibly moving to -P plugin options).
