Confconsole LE plugin - refactor hook management, support delegated subdomains & user hook customization #2026

Currently the Confconsole Let's Encrypt plugin support DNS-01 challenges, but only if the config relates to the base domain (e.g. example.com). If the desired DNS name has been delegated then the Confconsole implementation will fail.

As part of this update, we should also include support for a user supplied/modified hook script.
