According to GitLab's policies, when you delete your account, your primary email address is immediately reserved by GitLab for a period of 7 days. After this 7-day waiting period, you can reuse that email address to create a new GitLab account.
This waiting period is a security measure to protect users from potential account hijacking and to give users a window to recover their account if it was deleted by mistake.
