We need to update the CSS styles for the Accordions to match the new design specs.

X-padding for button/header should be 1rem (16px)
Border-radius: 4px
New expand/collapse icon (in a solid circle) - (@egunther39 to provide)
Updated box-shadow
Note: Adding 'Supporting Label' will require additional development and need a separate ticket for
