Implement the functional logic of the User Dashboard page

As a user of the TDC portal, I want to have a personalized dashboard where i can manage my datasets, organisations, discussions and see activities from the community relevant to my interests, so that I can easily stay informed and manage my contributions on the platform.

• I can manage my datasets, organization and discussions and see activities on the portal
