apt-cyg install hang at xz

When I install dos2unix, it hang after xz OK and it does not response.

$ apt-cyg install dos2unix

I have the same problem, it waits for something. If I press CTRL-C, it continues, but I need to press it after every steps.

Installs OK for me, without any further interaction:
