We should support iOS's HEIC image format for a true mobile experience. However as of March 2021, no browser supports HEIC natively. We will probably want to convert them to JPEG on upload.

Updating the issue here - problem is .mov not supported on browsers like Google Chrome, so users that upload videos directly from iPhones or in .mov format won't be able to play back media.
