vpatch detection doesn't work for touhou 6

I have thprac.exe, vpatch.exe and 東方紅魔郷.exe in the same folder. thprac.exe starts 東方紅魔郷.exe instead of vpatch.exe. When I press F12, it says that fps adjustment is unavailable until I use vpatch.

I can work around that by launching vpatch.exe, alt-tabbing, launching thprac.exe, and then alt-tabbing again. But doing all that in one click would've been nicer. I probably can use thcrap for that.
