Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When working on opensource projects, many of them use <insert ci that isn't jenkins here>, and it makes it impossible for me to use jenkins-timeline-plugin :(

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like jenkins-timeline-plugin to be extensible to other forms of CI (e.g, circleci)
