Importing special wallet into tonkeeper.

I have created a wallet using this code and I changed the func code a little bit to customize it for my own purpose then deployed it by charging a little of TON coin. but when I import this into tonkeeper using the same 24-word mnemonic, I do not get the same wallet and the balance is zero however I can see that my wallet balance is not zero by checking the tonscan.org.
Is this feature available in tonkeeper or not?
