CCM New Feature: Duplicate rosters to another course

We are frequently asked to duplicate sections so that the main lecture course and filter the gradebook by lab/discussion sections. This is a manual process that could be added to admin tools to improve efficiency. The current process is to download each lab section gradeboook, modify it to be used with admins tools > add users to sections (after adding sections to the lecture course with admin tools >add sections).
