Since the TKE certified k8s is open source now, we should follow community's style to play:

  1. enable github action CI on this repo build the binary and images automatically so that involve people download it easily
  2. the binary should link to this repo such as coredns did: https://github.com/coredns/coredns/releases
  3. the image should push to docker hub tkestack public org for tkestack and other guys integration

@xiaoxubeii thanks, please ask @leoryu for the docker hub tkestack org credentials so that you can push tke certified k8s image .

we plan to use https://github.com/kubernetes/test-infra/tree/master/prow to run Kubernetes tests. @Chengyudong is working on it.
