Release Tink 1.7.0 to CocoaPods

I see that the release of 1.7.0 notes "Pending Cocoapods publication". Would it be possible to get this published? We'd love to remove workarounds for adding Apple silicon support

We've had no communication about this issue for months now, even in our internal channels with Google. Would love an update on this, even a "were not working on it".

@chuckx Could you please publish the library to CocoaPods? I am wondering why this is taking so long time. I am not really familiar with publishing to CocoaPods, but can it really be this difficult. And shouldn't some script handle these kind of things automatically.

I just got my MacBook Silicon and I am using Tink in my Flutter app. I cannot now debug my app with iOS simulators due to this issue. I don't have any idea how to use the library if it is not published to CocoaPods, or is it even possible.

I also noticed there are versions 1.8.0 and 1.9.0 published already. I hope you can automate publishing to CocoaPods and publish all releases starting from 1.7.0.
