clash_rule_base内容格式错误情况接口返回空白内容但status是200成功 #385

虽然可以下载后做个空判断，但感觉这情况应该报个错吧400之类的，不该返回200,

大概是这么个配置，不知道哪里复制来的代码，格式不对但一直正常用，最近用插件格式化一下代码，冒号:后面井号之前的空格被删除了，这一下yml格式彻底不对了，就导致subconverter转换出空白，但返回了200成功,

  fake-ip-filter:# fake ip 白名单列表，如果你不知道这个参数的作用，请勿修改
    #- '*.lan'
    #- localhost.ptlogin2.qq.com
