使用Clash for Windows调用在线ini时本地无法下载到配置文件 #256

使用客户端Clash for Windowsv0.12.1
调用本地:25500生成配置文件并且上传到git，使用了config=的在线规则选项

出现问题为clash无法下载本地生成的配置文件，但是程序中显示创建成功，在git里面也正常显示，使用git链接下载能正常使用。

本人在一台不关机的win上部署希望能够给其他设备提供自己的规则，但是clash中由于下载配置文件不成功clash会一直重复生成配置文件并上传，不知道有没有解决的方法
