What if there we are in the Rectify Tab,
and we realize our map is south up there in the left window,
but in the right window OSM of course is north up.
Sure you could say, "Well, convert it before uploading it next time."
But still... isn't rotation one of the basic things that Google Earth map overlays provides?

Also not all maps are oriented to North.
For example this map is "upside down" and hard to rectify but no need to physically rotate it as otherwise labels are unreadable when rotated. Maybe even need an option to be able to rotate in Map view also.
