Mouse wheel scrolls web page and zooms at the same time! #247

Here's what I did. It was my first rectification attempt ever.

Clicked Rectify.
Put the cross hair over the right side map (yes, Desktop Chrome.)
Rolled the mouse wheel.

Here's what happened, both at the same time:

map zooms
web page scrolls

No, I have not clicked any of the four icons in the upper right of the map yet.

(Also I clicked the lock icon in the median strip between the two maps but that didn't help.)
