Bid_0 Issue - tendermonitor does not collect information about the prebidding process

Hi Guys,

We have just noticed that tendermonitor.ge does not collect information about the prebidding process. So before the actual bidding process start there is a prebidding process where each company states their offer. The process of bidding starts right after this. So essentially we may call this a 'prebidding' process these actually represent bids. We may even call that a round 0 bidding. The problem is that in the case when the companies do not place bids and are settled with the amounts that they stated in the prebidding process tendermonitor.ge indicates that there have been no bids made which technically may be true but it cuts out the prebidding process out of the picture entirely.

So can we add to the website and to the CSV file all the prebidding information, the company names, ID's, the initial values indicated by them, etc.
