Feature Request: Sidebar UI

Is there any way to get a sidebar UI where I can "make the custom icon folder" and be able to drag-n-drop my custom svg files into it to load them onto the HA where they belong?

if not how do I go about this? Is it through terminal commands? if so where can I run them and what are they? as my name suggests I'm not familiar with codeing and commands and such.
