FeatureRequest - HandleMenuTextResponse should accept the option's text as command [Viva]

It's nice to be able to enter the number to make a ShowMenu choice, but should it should also allow entering the option's full text?

Seems to make sense. Would require the menu options to be stored as a dictionary rather than a list. In the case of an objectlist passed to ShowMenu, it might also make sense to allow an object's existing alternates… some variation on the existing name resolution system?

Good stuff! (And I was already thinking it might be a good idea to convert all options lists to dictionaries the other day, when someone was having issues with HTML in their options list.)
