Redirects from old urls pre-github.io to new github.io locations

Right now things like https://docs.tenstorrent.com/tenstorrent/ end in a 404 on the current pages. We should try to get redirects so that old URLs, possibly external to TT, at least land somewhere vaguely close so that folks don't get something unexpected on the pages.
