Output tensor for rate_tensor

Hi,
I came across this diagram from the PCS 2018 presentation by @jonycgn. Is there a way to directly extract the rate tensor R_y after entropy coding in the diagram from the pre-trained models (bmshj2018, CHARM, and hific)? I hope to input this rate tensor to train a pre-processing framework, as in arXiv:2012.01874
