Complicated booking commands

When testing out your addressbook, I was quite overwhelmed with the number of actions you are allowing your user to make with the booking command. While its good that you are giving your users the flexibility when using the addressbook, your user guide can maybe provide more guidance for the users. For example your defer action, maybe you can add a screenshot or instructions on what the user is supposed to see during a successful execution be the actual deferring cannot be seen in the UI.
