TEP-0142: Support Param Enums in StepActions

Param Enums was implemented at the same time as StepActions. We should probably enable param enums for it as well ~ @chitrangpatel

After reading some of the code, I understand that step actions already support param enums. However, to use them, we need to enable the necessary feature flags. Can close this issue if the objective laid down in the issue has already been met ? let me know if I am missing anything 🤔

@waveywaves do we have any test where we use it, or could you build an example task to add to the examples?
