Add a profile mode only contains Pipeline and Dashboard components

How can I only install Pipeline and Dashboard components by using operator and tekton config in my k8s?

@alfredcai Currently, the Tekton Operator doesn’t support enabling/disabling individual components through the TektonConfig resource. The profiles (basic, lite, all) are predefined, and there’s no way to install only specific components like Pipeline and Dashboard out of the box.

Would you be interested in contributing a feature to make this possible? This could involve adding parameters to the TektonConfig (adding disabled param to the different components) to allow users to selectively enable/disable components. If you’re open to implementing this, I’d be happy to assist or review your PR!
