Fullscreen is broken in this game, no matter if windowed option checked or not in the UI.
I'm win 10 latest with Nvidia 1080 and I've enabled the 1024x600 resolution in the Nvidia panel.
I don't remember if it goes fullscreen in previous revision of TP.
