Move buttons to Menu Items #15

The blue buttons at the bottom seem like they should be moved to the Menu. Menu will now read:

  • Add Photo Album
  • Start Slide Show
  • Help and FAQ
  • Logout

Add photo album and start slide show buttons are now moved to the menu.
Add Photo Album and Start Slide Show button titles are shows with light grey colour when they are disabled. When enabled, they show with white colour as other menu items.
