Add task

  • Add button "Add task"
  • Add modal to add a new task
  • Add selector for clients + "Add client" option (modal)
  • Add selector for projects (load projects for selected client) + "Add project" option (modal)
  • Add hint that a task has to be created before one can add a time entry
