Actual Dates and Planned Dates

I searched and could not find this in issues! may be it is already there as it is a very basic / common thing.
There should be an option to show the task as Actual date vs scheduled date.
and the task or item should show something like this

Thanks for the feature request! I think it would indeed be generally useful, so I'll keep this open for consideration in a future version.
