Yul Kang joined CBL as a postdoc in 2018, and was elected a Junior Research Fellow at Wolfson College in 2019. He received his MD from Seoul National University, and PhD in Neuroscience from Columbia University supervised by Michael Shadlen. Yul is interested in finding normative solutions and examining their behavioural and neural signatures in spatial navigation, decision making, and (active) learning under uncertainty.
