Recommendations: How to monitor Page Cache Preloading ?

Hi,

I've enabled page cache preloading and I'm not sure its working so I was wondering if there is a recommended way to check/monitor what it is doing. I'm not seeing anything in debug output.

Is there a log of its actions anywhere ?

Any suggestions on where I might add logging code if not so I can see what its consuming from the sitemap and what its attempting to warm the page cache with?
