Support to get MetaKube cluster's apiserver endpoint #112

Actually the only way to get cluster apiserver is parsing the kubeconfig yaml to get the server url.

This is usefull for setup service accounts on the clusters.

E.g. add a cluster on a declarative way to an argocd instance requires api servers url
