Status of detect-action

Hello,

I would like to understand the current status of detect-action. As it stands there are some issues and pull requests open and without feedback.
We have also engaged directly with Synopsys and it has been said that https://github.com/synopsys-sig/detect-action is not actively maintained. If is that is the case, can you put a notice on the README and perhaps archive it?
Secondly, it was said that https://github.com/synopsys-sig/synopsys-action should be the one to be used, however it seems it does not even support GitHub Enterprise, see synopsys-sig/synopsys-action#111.

Can you please give any sort of feedback here? Thanks
