CCE tutorial needs update

On vacuum call 24 Mar 2021 it was noted that several things (like threadsafe hdf5) are out-of-date in the CCE tutorial.
The tutorial should be updated.

I've updated the tutorial, removing the threadsafe hdf5 instructions from multiple sections. I didn't notice anything else that I know to be out of date, but I'm happy to make further alterations if others notice other things that should be changed.
