I'm trying to use token based authentication and it looks like NPM has the old versions of nscabinet and nsconfig.

Could you publish the latest versions please?

I made the commit for token based authentication on GitHub but I don't have permission to publish on NPM.
I emailed the author at the addresses listed in NPM package about 2 weeks ago but haven't received a response.
Anyone know if NPM has a process for gaining access based on GitHub permission? I've never published anything to NPM.
