Is it possible to log in with email instead of username?

Even though the proxy is private and good, why do I get the error "Instagram has blocked your IP address, use a quality proxy provider (not free, not shared)" when I try to log in with email instead of username? There is no problem when logging in with username, but when I log in with email it always says the same thing
