How would I simulate a user scrolling through their feed?

First things first, @adw0rd , this api is awesome, thanks for your hard work :)

So, if I understand correctly,
cl.get_timeline_feed()
would request the top couple posts from the feed. Now, a real user will likely scroll down, requesting more and more feed posts. Is there a way to emulate this?

Sadly I'm still a complete noob with literally any of this, so I won't be much help at the moment. But maybe I'll get there eventually :D
