User Story

As an event organiser, I want to create thumbnails for my videos in bulk, so that I can save time and ensure a consistent look for my video library.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given a list of sessions from the schedule, when the event organiser selects multiple sessions, then they should see an option to create thumbnails for all selected sessions.
• Given the bulk thumbnail creation option, when the organiser initiates the process, then the system should generate thumbnails for each video automatically.
• Given the thumbnail generation process, when it is complete, then the organiser should be able to review and make adjustments to the thumbnails if needed.

Non-functional Criteria (if applicable)

• The thumbnail generation process should handle at least 100 videos in one batch without performance issues.
• Thumbnails should be generated within a reasonable time frame, e.g., less than 10 seconds per video.
• The interface for bulk thumbnail creation should be user-friendly and intuitive.
