User Story

As a marketing lead, I want to host internal town halls using Huddle101, so that I can communicate effectively with my team and share important updates.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given the marketing lead accesses Huddle101, when they want to schedule a town hall, then they should be able to create a new event with date, time, and agenda.
  • Given a scheduled town hall, when it is time for the event, then the marketing lead and participants should be able to join the town hall seamlessly.
  • Given the town hall is in progress, when participants want to interact, then they should be able to ask questions, raise hands, and participate in polls.

Non-functional Criteria (if applicable)

  • The town hall should support up to 500 participants without any performance issues.
  • The audio and video quality should be high and consistent throughout the town hall.
  • The platform should ensure secure communication to protect internal discussions.

Dependencies (if any)

  • Requires integration with Huddle101’s event scheduling and management features.
  • Requires completion of issue privy-fe-auth #567 (Interactive features for Huddle101 town halls).

Notes (Optional)

  • Ensure that the platform provides reminders and notifications for the scheduled town hall.
