mutating weakMap does not invalidate bucket DKs #53

* stateFor('state-name').delete(this.get('property-name'));
* stateFor('state-name').set(this.get('property-name'), {}); // Overrides the state

doesn't cause the foo: stateFor('state-name', 'dependentKey') to revalidate.

currently requires

Ember.propertyDidChange(this, 'foo')

Unsure the exact solution, maybe its just a caveat we need to doc or...
