It looks like some dependencies have been updated in the meantime and others have reported this problem before for puppeteer and other projects: https://askubuntu.com/questions/547151/error-while-loading-shared-libraries-libxss-so-1

Accordingly, the suggested fix would to add apt-get install libxss1 to the Dockerfile.
