"Matches resume at ..." uses game time not slot time

This results in slightly unusual times such as "14:01" rather than "14:00" and is perhaps less useful to viewers as they probably expect that matches will have some lead-in time.

The match slot time should be being used for this instead.

This is somewhat non-trivial to solve due to the way that the time to show is set -- the same variable is used for this as well as for other things, e.g: upcoming matches during a stream where we may perhaps want to use the game time.
